Newsletter October 2010
Welcome to our October Newsletter. During the last few weeks it has been extremely hectic for us at MCM. We exhibited at the recent ASIAL Security 2010 exhibition at Darling Harbour in Sydney. I have added some photographs of our journey...
Competition winners.... MCM ran a competition over the three days of the exhibition. Each day we selected a winner. Congratulations to the lucky winners... Dean Henry, Dean Boyd, Steven Lin.
If a GSM antenna is mounted closer than 83mm to a Brick, Concrete or Metal surface... then you have detuned the antenna and it will not perform as well as expected. You need to be more than 1/4 wavelength away from the wall (i.e.900Mhz=83mm). So you can see now why our new antennas have a larger stainless steel bracket that keeps the antenna 100mm away from the wall. Our antennas are also half the height of existing high gain antennas due to the new advanced antenna design. See below for more info on our new antennas...
Antennas MCM released a new range of specialised GSM high gain antennas that suit any GSM or GPRS device. We have a 7dB with 2 metre lead with mmcx connector and a 9dB antenna with 5 metre lead and an sma connector. We are also working on a 13dB version. These are the most cost effective antennas in the market..... around half what you currently pay.

CCTV..... MCM also released new DVRs and Cameras. See from the specs below that these are high end analog cameras and are extremely competitive.
